Floor-Mounted Bidirectional Hand Disinfection Turnstile

The Floor-Mounted Bidirectional Hand Disinfection Turnstile is a bidirectional turnstile solution designed for compact access points and manufactured entirely from stainless steel. It provides controlled access while making hand disinfection mandatory. Its tamper-resistant two-hand disinfection mechanism ensures that hands are safely disinfected. It controls personnel access at production area or facility entrances; 2 hands are disinfected simultaneously in the chambers on the front of the machine. The turnstile can be integrated with various card reader systems and automatic guillotine doors. It is designed for floor mounting and delivered ready for immediate operation. Operation: hand disinfection must be completed before passage through the turnstile; one side prevents passage until disinfectant has been dispensed, while the other side is for exit only. It can also be configured in different variants, such as soap dispensing on 2 sides or turnstile-only operation on 2 sides. Solution is sprayed as soon as the sensors detect hands; red/green LED indicator lights show the process status. Once disinfection is complete, the turnstile grants access and personnel can be directed to the sink section for handwashing, helping ensure that all personnel comply with hand hygiene requirements. A stainless steel support plate for the disinfectant container is located on one side of the unit. Machine dimensions: 400 × 1400 × 1760 mm; sheet thicknesses of 1.5 mm and 0.4 mm; 3 specially designed bent stainless steel turnstile arms; optional drop-arm turnstile; Siemens LOGO! PLC control system; emergency stop button; IP 65 protection rating; and a robust industrial frame with sealed welds for long service life and high performance. Note: Our equipment must not be washed with a hose or pressurized water.
