SA EY Floor-Mounted Hand Sanitizing Turnstile

The SA EY Floor-Mounted Hand Sanitizing Turnstile ensures hand hygiene control when moving between different areas and floors within a production facility. The turnstile does not allow passage until hands have been sanitized. The unit is manufactured entirely from stainless steel. Both hands are inserted simultaneously into 2 separate compartments on the front of the machine; sanitizing begins as soon as the photoelectric sensors detect the hands. The hand sanitizing section features red/green LED indicators showing the process status. Once sanitizing is complete, a green indicator lights up to signal that passage through the turnstile is permitted; if the procedure is not performed correctly, the turnstile strictly prevents passage. For correct operation, both hands must be detected by the sensors and sanitized simultaneously. A stainless steel support tray for the sanitizer container is located on the right/left side of the unit. The unit can be integrated with various card reader systems and automatic guillotine gates; it is supplied for floor mounting and delivered ready for operation. Entirely constructed from satin-finished AISI 304 stainless steel, with 1.5–4.0 mm sheet thickness, an IP 65 protection rating, a Siemens LOGO! PLC control system, timed spraying, an emergency stop button and a heavy-duty industrial frame with sealed welds, it offers a long service life. An optional drop-arm turnstile and specially designed stainless steel turnstile arms with 3 bends allow adaptation to different access requirements. Note: Our equipment must not be washed with a hose or pressurized water.
