SA ETG 70 Hygiene Barrier with Hand Disinfection, Sole and Boot Washing is an automatic, bidirectional hygiene barrier that ensures hygienic entry into the facility by cleaning footwear soles, boot sides and hands along a single lane. With 2 horizontally mounted, counter-rotating brushes and 3 vertically mounted brushes, personnel can enter the production area quickly and hygienically; the horizontal brushes can be easily removed and refitted for daily cleaning and maintenance without additional tools. The system is fully automatic and controlled by sensors and valves; the cleaning agent and water mixture is prepared automatically and sprayed onto the brushes. As the user moves forward, the boot sides, soles and hands are cleaned simultaneously; the mandatory two-hand disinfection compartment sprays disinfectant from 4 points, and the system prevents passage by anyone who has not completed proper disinfection. The turnstile rotates freely from the production area towards the staff welfare area, or can be kept locked if preferred; free passage in both directions is provided in the event of a power failure or emergency. Brush operating time and chemical dosage are easily adjustable; wastewater is drained immediately. With a body made entirely of satin-finished AISI 304 stainless steel, stainless steel guardrails, non-slip steps, an IP 65 protection rating, a Siemens LOGO! PLC control system, green/red LED indicator lights, adjustable stainless steel feet and an emergency stop button, it offers safe, ergonomic and long-lasting operation. A bypass entry option is available for users wearing shoes or slippers; the unit can be integrated with card, fingerprint and facial recognition systems and automatic doors.
