SA EPE Hygiene Line with Washbasin, Hygiene Mat, Hand Disinfection and Turnstile is a complete hygiene solution that ensures personnel complete mandatory hygiene procedures at facility entrances. The line combines a knee-level sensor-operated hand washbasin, touchless liquid soap dispenser, Z-fold paper towel dispenser and waste bin combination, dedicated turnstile with hand disinfection, looped hygiene mat for the footbath, and chemical dosing system. Mandatory two-hand disinfection compartments apply disinfectant from 4 spray points; the activation system ensures 100% compliance with mandatory hygiene procedures. Automatic solution and water dosing into the footbath, together with an automatic wastewater drainage system, keeps the mat section clean and effective at all times. Its all-AISI 304 stainless steel body, protective steel guardrails, adjustable stainless steel feet and IP 65 protection rating make it suitable for demanding production environments. Safe, hygienic passage is ensured by a Siemens LOGO! PLC control system, electrical control panel, emergency stop button, green/red LED indicator lights, specially designed stainless steel turnstile arms with 3 bends, and an optional drop-arm turnstile.
