PET Filling Hand Disinfection Turnstile with Hygiene Mat

The PET Filling Hand Disinfection Turnstile with Hygiene Mat is a complete hygiene turnstile manufactured entirely from satin-finished AISI 304 stainless steel, combining footwear sole cleaning and hand disinfection in a single line. Installed at the entry/exit points of workshops and production facilities, it cleans the soles of shoes, boots and slippers using a solution-soaked hygiene mat; the turnstile system allows passage only to personnel who have completed the sanitization steps. The foot bath features automatic detergent/water solution filling and draining, eliminating the need for manual filling or emptying by the operator, with adjustable dosing. The hand disinfection unit features a mandatory two-hand disinfection compartment with spraying from 4 points; passage through the turnstile is not permitted until both hands have been disinfected simultaneously. The turnstile rotates freely from the production area toward staff facilities and can be locked in this direction if required; it allows free passage in both directions during power failures and emergencies. A 4 mm stainless steel guardrail, insulated electrical control panel, emergency stop button and height-adjustable stainless steel swivel feet ensure safe, ergonomic operation.
