EDT-TY-100 Hygiene Station with Hand Disinfection Turnstile and Sole Washing

EDT-TY-100 Hygiene Station with Hand Disinfection Turnstile and Sole Washing thoroughly cleans shoe/boot soles using brushes approximately 100 cm long, mounted deep into the cylinder. An integrated dosing pump automatically sprays a solution of water and chemical cleaning agent; brush operating time can be adjusted between 1–10 seconds. The sensor-activated system then simultaneously dispenses hand disinfectant from 4 points and allows passage through the turnstile. Its design requires both hands, prevents external manual intervention and enforces mandatory passage to provide %100 hygiene control. In the event of a power failure or emergency stop, the turnstile allows free passage in both directions. The all-AISI 304 satin-finish stainless steel body, 1.5–4.0 mm sheet thickness and insulated welded industrial frame ensure a long service life. Note: Our equipment must not be cleaned with a hose or pressurized water.
