Held every two years, the IBAKTECH International Bakery Fair took place in Istanbul on 10-13 March. Focusing on bakery, ice cream, chocolate and food machinery, this prestigious fair brought together leading catering and manufacturing brands from around the world, offering visitors conferences, tasting events and opportunities to explore the latest technologies and trends.
